Tomonori Ogawara (大河原 倫徳 Ōgawara Tomonori) is a character in the anime and movie franchise Detective Conan.

Background
Tomonori Ogawara is a police detective from Shizuoka Prefectural Police. Sango Yokomizo teaches him the ways different police system proceed since Ogawara is still new. He admires Kogoro's intelligence and is not aware of Conan's doing behind him, but doesn't like Kogoro's help in the police since he'd like the police to be independent from private detectives. At the end of the case, he finally understand why the police needed Kogoro's help and changed his idea.
Personality
He is a young and nice man who accompanies Inspector Yokomizo. He is a pretty competent police detective and hate when normal people interefere with his work since they put the police to shame.

He has long black hair and wears civilian clothes. He has a grey suit with a shirt under and an orange necktie.
