Since Kaneo Zenita had planned to cook using the new kitchen which utilise strong flames, Kazuhiko sabotaged the structures of Kaneo's house by building them with worn out bamboos that was used to build Kazuhiko's own house before rather than fresh new bamboos. Fresh Bamboos are very hard to be ignited compared to already worn out bamboos, which is why Kaneo's house easily burn when he uses strong flames when cooking.
