	Location: Anna Hinomiya's boat at port Victim: Sota Morishima Age: 22 years old Time: 7 PM Cause of injury: Strike from from shotgun butt Suspects: Makoto Hyodo An hour before the party, while Morishima was making preparations for the party, the mysterious masked man snucked from behind him and hit him with his shotgun's rifle butt before attaching him and gagging him inside a locker in the boat.

	Location: Unknown Victim: Anna Hinomiya Age: 24 years old Amount stolen: 50 million yen (around 500 000 dollars) Culprit: Makoto Hyodo Hyodo engaged to her only so he could pretend to be a consultant and make her invest 50 million yen into his services which only benefited himself. Anna caught wind of it and demanded retribution from Hyodo who was unable to pay her back and they broke up.

The one who killed Anna and injured Morishima was Makoto Hyodo and the one who helped him out by pretending to rob Anna's house was Anna Hinomiya herself. Hyodo convinced Anna to join his plan so as to kill Koshiro Inamura who was said to be trying to take over the company although Hyodo only made it up to enroll Anna in the plan. Hyodo's target from the start was Anna and Machiko Enami saw through his plan so she decided to kill him as she sought an opportunity to be the company's president because she wanted to take down Anna and Inamura from the start. She tries to fight her way out from being handcuffed but is stopped by the dog Sally and is finally apprehended.

Aftermath

In the end, Sally gets a new owner although Ran wanted it and Kogoro eats by accident dog food which was on his desk.
