Kogoro and Conan then go to Mutou's residence, but found nothing except Issei's name card. When Conan and Kogoro arrives to his "company", they discover that it was only a virtual company. Later, Masako hands over Issei's wallet found by the police to Kogoro, and using the receipt inside the wallet, Conan found out a place where Issei might be. It turns out to be a second-hand factory owned by Issei. When they finds Issei, he scares and says that he lied to his wife because he wasn't a company president, but a factory owner. Kogoro then says that he doesn't need to give up and that his wife still needs him, persuades him to return to his house with her wife and tell the truth. Masako then thanks to Kogoro for all and says that she is happy with her husband. But all the happiness go away in any time...
