I noted that the vast majority of wikilinks incoming (~200-250 of them) refer to Conan Edogawa. I think it may be better to keep this page as a redirect, since most links are for Edogawa Conan, not Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and leaving a [[Wikipedia:Template:Redirect|redirect template]] at the top of Conan Edogawa noting that "'Conan' redirects here, see [[Arthur Conan Doyle]]". - I agree. We could even simply add a link to "Arthur Conan Doyle" in the "See also" section. I don't think it's necessary to even put a " 'Conan' redirects here, see Arthur Conan Doyle " sentence at the top of the page.
