Takahiro Okura (大倉 崇裕 Ōkura Takahiro ), born 1968, is a Japanese screenplay writer from Kyoto. He is famous for his Detective Dramas and for his work in Detective Conan. He is also the creator of Lieutenant Fukuie who was featured in the Detective Picture Book.
