Background
Korn is Chianti's partner, and also a skilled assassin, assigned in the assassination division of the Black Organization. He always wears thick glasses and a hat.
Personality
Even if he is less impatient than Chianti, he enjoys killing, and is disappointed when he does not get the opportunity to, as regretting that he has not been the one firing at Irish. Like most members of the organization, he has a cold personality. However, unlike the other members, he appears to be asocial, rarely interacting with other members unless spoken to. He is always seen frowning and looks robotic. His speech is short and full of pauses, leading some fans to speculate that he may have some sort of speech impediment, is a foreigner with weak Japanese or merely because of his age.
Abilities
He is skilled at sniping. He was able to shoot until 550 yards. It is unknown if he can shoot at 600 yards too, but he was unable to shoot at 650 yards and he is also no match for Akai who can shoot to 700 yards or more to 1300 yards.

Relationships analysis
Rum
Two years ago, when Rye's cover was blown, Rum send Korn a picture of Camel and said to kill Camel and Rye if seen. During a case, Korn and Chianti directly takes orders from Rum. However, they aren't very serious compared to working with Gin.
Gin
Apparently, Korn takes order from Gin about if he should or shouldn't take a shot.
Vodka
Vermouth
Korn, like Chianti, resents Vermouth, believing she caused the death of Calvados. He wishes to kill Vermouth.
Chianti
Chianti is Korn's partner. They seem to get along well enough. She confides to him that she would like to kill Vermouth because she led Calvados to his death. They are not dating[1], but it's clear that she likes him. Indeed, the animation team added an extra scene where he blushes when Chianti asks him if he wants to ride the ferris wheel, which in Japan is considered a romantic activity for couples.
Kir
Calvados
Korn knows Calvados enough to know his feeling for Vermouth and she just uses him. Calvados' death makes both Korn and Chianti furious at Vermouth.
