Kobayashi (小林 Kobayashi ) is a character in the anime and movie franchise Detective Conan.

Background
Kobayashi is a detective from the Tokyo MPD, Division One Investigations, Section Three. Initially, he was part of the Criminal Affairs, Division Two. He met Shinichi only when he solved the murder case in Beika Center Building.[1]
