Chie Saito (斉藤 千恵 ,Saitō Chie) is a Japanese animator. She does design works, key animation, chief animation direction for Detective Conan anime, movies, and spin-offs.

Saito joined the production of Detective Conan anime in the 1st part of The Moonlight Sonata Murder as key animator, then started doing design works for anime episodes.

She also regularly participated in Detective Conan movies as key animation from movie 24 onwards. Apart from that, she was the chief animation director for the spin-off story Zero's Tea Time along with Kyoko Yoshimi.
