The Detective Conan manga is published in Germany by Egmont Manga & Anime (EMA) and the anime was first dubbed about 2002 and the first episode was 10th April 2002. In the German dub, practically every character has the same name as the Japanese ones. Currently, The manga is up to Volume 69 and the latest Anime episode is Episode 308. There hasn't been an Episode since 3rd July 2006.
