In order to hide the fact that Jack Connery is actually Nightmare from Kenta, Kid decides to shoot a card at his mask to remove it
Young Kenta breaks down and cries after seeing his father's body
The mask with a card stuck on it leads Nakamori into concluding that Kid and Nightmare have gone and left the treasure behind
Only Hakura realizes that Kid did indeed steal one thing away from Kenta, which is "the nightmare known as truth"...
