Irish (アイリッシュ Airisshu) is a Black Organization member who appears as the main antagonist and eponymous Raven Chaser in Movie 13. He was killed by Chianti under Gin's order.

Not much is known about Irish, except that he had a lot of respect for Pisco. It is not known if Irish ever killed anyone, but it is assumed that he had in the past.
