Saki Maehara murdered her husband, but was later killed by her accomplice, Maiko Hori. Saki's motive of murdering her husband was because of money. Hori saw his dead body lying on the floor, she was afraid. The reason why the evidence was easily found because Hori didn't throw in a far place because she know that the deliveryman (Takumi Matsuda) was arriving (at that time, Saki was already killed by Hori). The scene where Saki's body was found, she removed the tape before everyone comes in, because the tape was full of lipstick marks and that's evidence(if that's easily found, the police would think she was forced to put the tape into her.)

The second evidence is the security camera being broken, Saki broke it two weeks ago, in order to complete her perfect crime, at that time, Hori was called by Saki, she tied herself and look that this is a robbery. The third evidence was the clothes, Conan realized that there were no clothes in the drawer, Hori "drowned" her by the use of clothes, after the crime, she was hurrying, and go outside, without knowing that there were wrinkles on the shirt that she used as a weapon.
