- Torahiko Fukamachi's car is a 2008 Burgundy BMW 328 I. The license plate number is 小倉 301, さ 25-46 (Kokura 301, Sa 25-46).
- In the end, the place where Kogoro receives his prize is in Aruaru City, a shopping mall in Kokura.
- The Kokura police cars are the same as the one who appeared in Mystery of the Burning Tent and The High School Girl Trio's Secret Café, but with a different city place written 小倉 instead of 新宿.
