<spoiler> After watching the video, they later found out that the receptionist, Hachisuga Yukari, was the accomplice of the game company's president. She tried to kill the detective boys but Conan came. He explained that she was called B because of her name "Hachi" that could also be translated as "8" and sounds like "bee" in Japanese language. She threatened Conan without her knowing that the police officers were listening to them and B was arrrested as well as the president. The detective held as hostage was later saved.  </spoiler>

They end up being haunted down by the president of the gaming company, but they don't know why, until they actually put in the tape and see something that puts their lives in danger.
