Masaharu Okuwaki (奥脇 雅晴 Okuwaki Masaharu ) a.k.a Masaki Ozora (大宙 征基 Ōzora Masaki ), born March 19, 1958, is a Japanese screenplay writer, storyboardist, episode director and director from Yamanashi. She is best known for his poorly written scenarios in the more recent fillers but his well done scenarios in Lupin III. She has also taken parts in the production of the movies 8 to 12 in Detective Conan and The Target is Kogoro!! The Detective Boys' Secret Report.
