In chapter 768 of the manga, a new character was introduced, though his true identity and name remain a mystery. Gosho has also stated his name is Sera and that he is an important character
Background
Not much is known about this mystery man other than the fact that he is skilled at jeet kune do, a type of martial arts.
Appearance
He wears a fedora and a dark jacket. He has long wavy hair that covers his eyes most of the time. He has a build similar to Shinichi's.
Personality
He appears to be a mysterious man who knew Conan's identity from the start. He never took the time nor cared to introduce himself with an official name, hinting that he wants to keep his identity secret.
Speculation
His true identity is unknown, though many speculate he could be Bourbon from the Black Organization. The fact that he knew Conan's name before Conan even managed to introduce himself shows that he might be someone who has had contact (indirect or direct) with him. He shows impressive deduction skills which might hint at another detective rival of Shinichi, though Conan shows no sign of recognition. Others may look at his martial arts skills and say he might be one of Ran's rivals, though Ran, like Conan, did not recognize him.
