He was then sentenced to seven years in prison for his participation and was released a short time prior to the current timeline. It is unknown if he had any other jobs before those events. After his release, he decided to seek revenge towards the one who imprisoned him and thus hired two people, Kaori Kanno and Yuji Yamawaki, to hijack a restaurant and steal their food truck to pretend being one of the participants in a food court where Megure would be at.
