Yokoyama joined the Detective Conan anime production in 2000, and only did key animation for the episodes, the first time he did key animation was in The Desperate Revival, The Cavern of the Detective Boys, the last time he did key animation was in the 1st part of The Client Full of Lies, which was in 2001.

Yokoyama returned Detective Conan production team after twenty-two years, he participated the production of movie 26.
