Situation
The officer Futoshi Yamasato just got transferred to Beika Town 4th block police box on that day, when he received a report about dine and dash. However, after arriving at the restaurant, the case have been resolved. The waitress feels that the woman who did dine and dash looks like Kayoko Kakurai, whom he is a big fan.

At Mouri detective agency, Yamasato tell Kogoro that similar case also happened three months ago when he worked at Haido Town police box.

He also tell the fact that on the evening the dine and dash happened at Haido, there was a DDPP handshake event at Haido City Hall. Kayoko Kakurai is so popular at that event because of her smile, and the other DDPP members starting to get jealous of her. They start bullying her, and as the result, her smile disappered from her face. Currently, Kayoko Kakurai is having a hiatus after that incident.
Unfortunately, Kogoro suddenly asleep because he drank too much beer. Later, Ran arrives at home and says that she, Sonoko, and Sera saw Kayoko Kakurai at Beika Park in a van with her manager. Suddenly, Kakurai started to cry. Conan then solve the case using Kogoro's voice.
