Isshin Chiba (千葉 一伸 ,Chiba Isshin), born June 26, 1968, is a seiyu from Kesen'numa, Miyagi. His real name is Kazunobu Chiba, an alternate reading of the same kanji in Isshin Chiba.

In Detective Conan he voices Detective Kazunobu Chiba, as well as many one-time and minor characters. He also alternates with co-star Wataru Takagi as the voice of Kamen Yaiba.
