Michiru Shimada (島田 満 Shimada Michiru , May 19th, 1959-December 15th, 2017) was a Japanese screenplay writer known for some of the many anime scripts, like in One Piece and Dragon Ball. She passed away in December 15th, 2017 due to a unknown disease[1].
