Yukiko Nakatani was originally affiliated with Studio Guts. After her high school graduation, she joined Studio Guts. Nakatani then debuted as a key animator in 2006 via the anime Binbō Shimai Monogatari (貧乏姉妹物語). Importantly, she served as the character designer for Go! Princess PreCure (Go!プリンセスプリキュア) in 2015. In May 2022, Nakatani left Studio Guts, and currently a freelance animator. She mainly works for Toei Company and OLM, Inc. currently.
