Kazuhiko Inoue (井上 和彦 Inoue Kazuhiko ), born March 26, 1954, is a seiyu from Yokohama, Kanagawa.
In Detective Conan he is the second voice of Ninzaburo Shiratori, taking over the role after the untimely death of Kaneto Shiozawa in 2000.
