The third finger print on the gun was Teraoka's wife, Misako. She accidently touched the unidentified and hidden gun of Teraoka. The case was solved by Kogoro Mouri (via Conan). When Conan heard the sound of the gun hidden in the right leg of Teraoka. This is how he understood.
