:Thanks so much for the terms. The first 2 are just what I'm looking for. But "self defense" doesn't sound like a crime I think... Actually I wasn't referring to normal self-defenses, I was talking about when the culprit purposely harm someone because they feel that person is a threat and has to be eliminated. For example when the BO assassinate Domon because he's hard on crime; and later kill Akai because he's one dangerous enemy. It has gone beyond the limit of self-defense. I'm still labeling it "Threat-elimination" but that doesn't sound good either :P

Thanks so much for the terms. The first 2 are just what I'm looking for. But "self defense" doesn't sound like a crime I think...
