- The 43rd Detective Conan ending is now being used in the anime. It is sung by Mai Kuraki and is titled "Koi ni Koishite".

- The 16th Detective Conan movie entitled "The Eleventh Striker" was released in Japanese theaters on April 14, 2012.
- This year's Mystery Tour in Nagasaki is scheduled to end on November 25, 2012. The animated version of the case will be split into two-parts set to air on December 1, 2012 and December 8, 2012.
