Kosei Tomita (富田 耕生 Tomita Kōsei), born February 4, 1936, is a seiyu from Tokyo Prefecture. His real name is Kokichi Tomita (富田 耕吉 Tomita Kōkichi).
In Detective Conan and Magic Kaito 1412 he voices Jirokichi Suzuki. He also voiced the criminal Yoshizaku Watazuki in anime original episode 107 and Takeo Mikami in episode 62 and 63.
