According to the Tokyo MPD, Tohei was a single and as Conan deduced, his pretended wife was in fact Vermouth in disguise. She pretended she was Tohei's pregnant wife event though it was impossible since Tohei was single and she couldn't have putten tape on people at the Teito Bank heist since only singles could have putten tape on people to eliminate any emotion involved.
