Plot

Conan and his friends are invited to a snow kingdom. The mayor gets a threat letter, and the new subway he later travels on explodes, thus killing him. Mouri Kogoro accidentally accuses the mayor's daughter of the crime, and now the mayor's daughter plans to kill everyone involved.
