Joji Yanase (柳瀬 譲二 ,Yanase Jōji) is a Japanese animation director, who works for Detective Conan anime and movies.

Joji did numerous key animation works in the anime ever since their participation in 1996. However, in 2000, Joji left the production team temporarily. In 2007 Joji returned, and just the following year, Joji got promoted to an animation director, starting from Kaitou Kid's Teleportation Magic.

Among the staff list of movie 25 and The Culprit Hanzawa, Joji's name can also be seen, as the role of an animation director.
