Welcome Burger is a restaurant that is a parody of McDonald's in Detective Conan. Even the logo was similar as the M of Mcdonald's but just put upside down making a W.

Clash of Red and Black (Manga: 585, Anime: 491)
Eisuke Hondou, Conan Edogawa, Sonoko Suzuki and Ran Mouri both ate at a Welcome Burger where Ran tried to call of Kogoro friends to talk about Eisuke sister and Rena with him. It is a hamburger shop that opened recently. This is the first instance of the Welcome Burger.
Bathroom Murder Secret (Manga: Volume 41: File 10 (423), Anime: 340)
It’s where Sohei Dejima and his workers were have it’s food where Sohei Dejima got poisoned by one of the burgers that poisoned Tetsuo Imai. This was before Welcome Burger fully made its debut.
Professor's First Love Mystery Case (Manga: 411, Anime: 422)
Sonoko got herself and Ran some Welcome Burger food while waiting in-line for a Sai Brand purse. This was also before Welcome Burger fully made its debut. Even Fusae and Billy ate some of Welcome Burger food while in their car while at Teitan Elementary School Gingko Trees when Fusae was waiting for Agasa as shown when Conan looked in their car.
Billing Fraud Case (Anime: 491)
It where Ran, Sonoko, Conan and Eisuke went to one where they talk about Eisuke sister. This is when Welcome Burger fully made its debut.
Paper Airplane Case (Anime: 510-511)
Subaru Okiya was able to deduce that Sonoko and Ran went to Welcome Burger. One of the paper planes landed at Welcome Burger.
TV Drama Filming Site Murder Case (Anime: 994)
Hideka Aburai did a trick with one of their drinks to poisoned Daisaku Odori when he began to blackmail her.
