This case is an attempted murder. The culprit is Takeshi Yatsukoshi. He uses a thread telephone made from bottles and a thread to direct the victim to the fences with no rope in order to make him falls into the river. The evidence that he is the murderer is Conan's phone which recorded his speech "Go to hell" to the victim.
