I personally think that the theory of Shukichi being the middle brother [it's pretty obvious ¬¬], the Unknown child being the Akai family mother [obvious too ¬¬] and Akemi being alive, of course, are thruth.

In Hunter x Hunter my favourites characters are Ponzu and Machi, and yours?
My other favourite animes are Steins;Gate, Mirai Nikki, Psycho-Pass, Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, they're awesome for my opinion :)
In this, my favourites characters are Suzuha Amane and Kurisu Makise for Steins;Gate, Asuna Yuuki for SAO, Sekai Saionji for School Days, and Minene Uryuu and Aru Akise for Mirai Nikki. I love Minene a lot <3 (Much more than my favourite DC couple Akemi/Shuichi, they nothing compared with her ;) [But, remember, it's only my opinion...])
