The culprit is Naoko Takahashi. After she murdered Akagawa, she sliced his corpse into thin layers and hid them in laboratory files. Conan notices her relation to the victim when she confidently picked red pen and gave it to Akagawa when he requested her.
Naoko's motive is, as suspected, because Akagawa broke up with her after he became a famous writer and married Yumi, and refused to honor her request to wrote the story of their time together into a novel. In anger and madness, she decided to kill him and "turned him into books" instead.

Resolution
The culprit is Shizuku Sakano. She used an extract of a Scopolia Japonica, a poisonous plant known to accelerate heartbeat mixed with muscle relaxant cream to murder Yoshizawa, by coating the cloth used during the Relay Race with it. Onigawara, who was in the race between her and Yoshizawa, was not poisoned because he was wearing gloves. Because Yoshizawa's gloves have been missing before the race, Shinichi concludes that she must've stolen it to make sure that the victim's hands come into contact with the poison.
Sakano confesses and reveals her motive: the rumor about the marriage between her and Yoshizawa was a lie, as she still loves her late husband, Shoichi's father. Because of her husband's death and her being busy as a teacher, Soichi became a delinquent and was regularly arrested by the police. Yoshizawa, who took Soichi from the station, would then extorted her each time in exchange for keeping quiet about Soichi's crime, but once her money began to run out he threatened to let Soichi be sent to the Youth detention center. Not wanting to part with her son, she decided to kill Yoshizawa and silenced him.

Resolution
The culprit is the carpenter,
Kazuhiko Miyatake. Since Kaneo Zenita had planned to cook using the new kitchen which utilise strong flames, Kazuhiko sabotaged the structures of Kaneo's house by building them with worn out bamboos that was used to build Kazuhiko's own house before rather than fresh new bamboos. Fresh Bamboos are very hard to be ignited compared to already worn out bamboos, which is why Kaneo's house easily burn when he uses strong flames when cooking.
Motive
Kazuhiko confesses that Kenzo illegally dumped poisonous chemical in the area that he unknowingly used the soil to build his own house, caused his wife and daughter to succumb to cancer and passed away.
Aftermath
A few months after his arrest, Kazuhiko passeses away due to the same cancer, with Ran and Conan attending his funeral, noting that he passed away in peace. Conan also snarkly comments that Kogoro is sure to live until he is a hundred years old.

The culprit is Saki Kataoka, Sayuri's sister. She used her computer to watch through internet camera at the town crossroad to makeup an alibi. The evidence is that she didn't known that apart from the sportcar accident and Kogoro flirting women that there is one more bigger accident that she supposed to acknowledge of nearby, due to the camera's position.
Saki confesses that she has always been envious of her sister, because Sayuri was the favorite child since the old days, became a famous idol and married, later divorced, her boyfriend Keiichi, but her last straw broke when Sayuri came to star in Saki's plays and performed even BETTER than her. She couldn't take it anymore as she didn't want to lose the applauding sound from the crowd to her.

Kogoro is hired by a nurse named Tomoko Egashira, as she suspects the head nurse Yuko Morita has been attempting to murder her because she accidently discovered her secret. Because of Kogoro's toothache, he made an appointment at Ejinbara Hostital where Egashira works, which Morita aids the dentist in the treatment.
Later that night, while Kogoro, Ran, and Conan are keeping tab on Morita's action, they are informed that Egashira has died of carbon-dioxide suffocation in her room. Because of the nurse dorm's security and Morita's alibi, the police considers the case to be a suicide to her extreme stress, but is it really the case?

The culprit is the head of nurses
Yuko Morita. She used the 4 WD car's muffler that her fiance is driving to send carbon-dixode gas into Egashira's room via the drain pipe, which she send sleeping gas in first. Before committing the crime she went to Egashira's room to put a strand of hair to drain out all water from the sink's pipe. The evidence is that hamster was able to enter the room through draining pipe.
Morita confessed that she once caused a malpractice due to the fact that she gave wrong medicine to people with same name and caused his death. Egashira accidentally know about this, so she silenced her. She just want to get married and be happy, which Conan tells that "One cannot be happy over other's suffering".
Afterward, Ran and Conan symphatize with Morita after they discovered that on the day of the malpractice there were only three nurses compared to fifty patients. Kogoro then gets a toothache again.

Resolution
The culprit is Yumi Koizumi. She used a circular saw connected with two wooden logs as pendulum to kill Hatada. Her motive is the Hatada was responsible to the death of her cousin, a girl who once confessed to him but was rejected and humiliated. However, Nishiyama confesses that he was the one who goaded Hatada into doing that and Hatada truly realized that he destroyed the girl's life and wanted to atone for his sin by becoming a better man.
