Plot overview
The Truth Behind the Car Explosion Case (Anime: 150)
Her interview with Megumi Sakihara, a bombing witness, allows the police to identify the bomber, Hiromasa Takahashi, and her ultra realistic sketch by itself is able to prove murderous intent by getting correct details other sketch artists may have missed. This alone allowed Conan to fully establish an otherwise impossible to prove intent.
Manga vs. anime
In file 267 and episode 205, it isn't specified if male or female. However, in file 805 and episode 681, Sato asks the Detective Boys if they recognize the sketch a policewoman with glasses had done of the suspect, Ryusaku Fuemoto, which proves the realistickness of her sketches and confirms her identity. Then, Chiba calls Sato out from the room, leaving Tomokawa with Conan and the Detective Boys.
