Case

Situation

During the Italian carnival, among the alley, Conan and Kogoro were talking with one of the shop owners in the alley named Takashi Yamaura, while having their dinner joyfully in his Italian Bar. However, this marvellous scenario was then disrupted by the destruction of the wall of the bar. The culprit was obviously the owner of this alley, Kusumi Hiroyuki. Due to the fact that numerous shop owners in the alley had rejected the demolition request from him, Kusumi thus attempted to harass them, this became a severe issue until some shop owners died due to exhaustion. Under the assistant of Fumio Nakano, the sushi restaurant owner, along with Yuji Yonezawa, the "Creative Izakaya" owner, they successfully got rid of Kusumi.
