In the anime, Kaito finishes his private magic show by giving Inspector Nakamori a "lucky rabbit" doll, which the Inspector brings along on-duty. This is not present in the manga.
In the manga, the blimp that Kid's dummy rides away on has "ABAYO" (roughly: catch you later) scrawled on the side. In the anime, it is blank.
The scene where Princess Anne uses Kid's light-tubes to create a silhouette of her cat is unique to the anime.
The anime deepens the interaction between Kid and the princess, emphasizing how the former and the latter have become co-performers in the "show" to outwit Delon.
In the manga, Kid leaves immediately after telling the princess that they will not meet again. In the anime, he compliments her choice of underwear before leaving.
