Motohashi (本橋 Motohashi ) is a character in the anime franchise Detective Conan.

Background
Detective Motohashi was a detective in plain clothes from Yamanashi Prefecture and controls the region near the Yamanashi Michi no eki station. He was then promoted to police inspector and went to serve Nagasaki Prefecture. He was then reposted in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department along with Tomonori Ogawara.
Personality
He is an irritable man and doesn't hesitate to use harsh language to interrogate suspects. He is a pretty hard-working person which gained him many promotions in the police.
