Sunset Manor location

According to the villa junction, Sunset Manor is at 2 km from Okuno Dam ("奥野ダム", located in Itō, a city in Shizuoka Prefecture). The precise location is reported at the end of the anime original invitation send to Kogoro, but I can't understand it because is written smaller. Can you help me?
