The culprit is Tatsuki Naito The motive was Director Shida was going to kill Naito. They were business partners. Naito used the money he had to help Shida acquire the museum. But once Shida became director, he said he wouldn't pay Naito back. Then one night, Shida tried to kill Naito with his car. So, Naito comes up with the plan to murder Shida, so the museum would belong to him.
