Vermouth knows?

I just recently saw Movie 13, and when Conan starts to suspect the BO knows who he is, he wonders if Vermouth "somehow figured out [his] identity". It's been awhile since I read the story where he confronted her, but now that I think back, I can't remember if she actually figured it out or not. Does anyone else remember better? In one of the episodes, she writes "Kudo Shinichi," but then changes it to "Edogawa Conan." There's other evidence, but I forgot what. ^^' CarpetCrawlermessage me 22:17, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

Shiratori

Uhhh, I don't think so. I haven't seen all of his anime original appearance, but I don't recall him ever going past just noting that he's pretty smart. That's a bit of a difference from Kogoro being depicted thinking about it and Takagi straight out asking him about it. NakagawaRyou 05:26, 20 October 2010 (UTC)

Some of those 'suspicions' are very shaky at best. Kogoro has never been suspicious beyond any offhand remark that was probably meant as a joke. Both Shiratori and Sato have noted that Conan is very smart, but neither of them have shown any sign of thinking he is anything more than a child. There is however some indication that Jodie Starling may suspect Conan's identity: IIRC, she refers to Shinichi as "Cool Boy" and to Conan as "Cool Kid", which shows she at least suspects some connection between the two.

That's what I was saying. The "Suspicions" are for people who been shown questioning exactly who Conan is, not characters who have merely noted how bright he is for a child.
As for Kogorou: In the incident listed, he does in fact think to himself "Wait! He's done this before, too... Whenever I've been stuck, he always gives me some kind of hint... He ain't no normal kid... Who are you? What are you?" (Manga File 11: The Perfect Alibi, as translated by Blink). NakagawaRyou 04:13, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
I don't think Shiratori should be on the list either. As for Jodie, she may know (same with Okiya), but she hasn't said anything about it. The cool guy was a reference to Vermouth's picture captions. I'm going to be bold and take Shiratori out. Sato I think should go out for the same reasons. Kogoro, I wonder about because there were some comments to the suspicious effect very early in the manga, but since. There could be case either way.Chekhov MacGuffin talk 22:31, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
Well, although it was just the one time with Kogorou, he has seriously questioning it. All of his thoughts suddenly switched to Conan. It's also noteworthy for being the first time someone questioned Conan's identity. NakagawaRyou 03:12, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

Miwako Sato

Sato, like Shiratori and Takagi, has noticed that Conan is not a normal kid, and sometimes helps him in investigations.

Ninzaburo Shiratori

Shiratori has often taken notice of Conan's detective skills and how unusual they are for a kid to have. At times, he actually will take note of what Conan says. It has been hinted that he may suspect something, but has not said anything to express so. But if anything, Shiratori definitely knows Conan is not an ordinary kid. However, due to his rather cocky attitude, he usually shrugs it off to solve the case. Often times, Conan must step carefully around him. (He did so especially in the third movie, though later to discover Shiratori that time was in fact Kaitou Kid)
