Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光 Midorikawa Hikaru), born May 2, 1968, is a veteran seiyu from Otawara, Tochigi. He is represented by Aoni Production.
In Detective Conan, he voices Hiromitsu Morofushi, who is named after Heero Yuy, the protagonist of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. He also voices a few other minor characters.
