Her interview with Megumi Sakihara, a bombing witness, allows the police to identify the bomber, Hiromasa Takahashi, and her ultra realistic sketch by itself is able to prove murderous intent by getting correct details other sketch artists may have missed. This alone allowed Conan to fully establish an otherwise impossible to prove intent.
Manga vs. anime
In the manga it isn't specified if male or female, but in file 805 and episode 681 Sato asks the Detective Boys if they recognize the sketch a policewoman had done of the man, Ryusaku Fuemoto, which proves the realistickness of her sketches and confirms her identity. Then, Chiba calls Sato in the room, leaving Tomokawa with Conan and the Detective Boys.
