Eiichi Tokura (徳倉 栄一 Tokura Eiichi) is a Japanese animator. He is affiliated with Mouse.

As a affiliant of Mouse, Eiichi joined the production of Detective Conan anime in 2021, episode Rondo in Bad Company, working along with the other representatives of the mouse studio, Kousei Takahashi and Yusuke Shimizu.
