Chiharu Mukai (迎 千葉瑠 Mukai Chiharu) is a Japanese animatior. She served as animation director and key animator roles in Detective Conan anime.

From 2019 to 2020, within ten episodes being a key animator, Chiharu finally got promoted to animation director for three episodes. Sadly, after finishing the aniamtion direction and key animation for episode Who Poisoned the Victim, she left the production team afterwards and has not returned yet.
