Susumu Nishizawa (西澤 晋 ,Nishizawa Susumu), born 9 July 1962 in Okayama, is a japanese storyboard artist and animation director. He has previously used the pseudonym Fu Chisaka (千坂 ふう ,Chisaka Fū) while working on Detective Conan, which seems to have been contract related.
