Tsutomu Murakami (村上 勉 Murakami Tsutomu?), born Stefan Ignjatović[citation needed], is a Japanese animator of Serbian origin. He does key animation and animation director works in Detective Conan anime.

In the Detective Conan anime, Murakami was only involved in the production of two episodes. They were: key animation for Art Museum Owner Murder Case from 1996, and animation direction for the 1st part of The Forgotten Cell Phone from 2004.
