Chihiro Nishikawa (西川 千裕 Nishikawa Chihiro) is a Japanese animator. She does in-between animation, key animation, 2nd key animation, and animation director works in Detective Conan anime and movies.

Works in Detective Conan
Chihiro Nishikawa graduated from Nagoya Designer Gakuin School in Animation in 2013. She joined Madhouse, a studio based in Nakano, Tokyo[1].
After joining the production of the Detective Conan anime, in 2019, starting with the 1st part of The Cursed Tears of Borgia, Nishikawa worked for in-between animation and key animation mainly. She stopped doing in-between animation and has focused on key animation since 2021, starting with the 2nd part of Makoto Kyogoku the Understudy, until present.
In terms of the animation direction, Nishikawa only served as assistant animation director for movie 26.
