Takaaki Ishiyama (石山 貴明 Ishiyama Takaaki) is a Japanese director and storyboard artist. He takes part in the production of Detective Conan anime. He is always credited as "石山タカ明" in Detective Conan.

Biography
Before working as an animator, Takaaki Ishiyama had a will of becoming a mangaka, this is because that his uncle was a political mangaka who worked for Niigata Nippo Newspaper, and he was greatly inspired by classic Japanese animations such as Astro Boy (鉄腕アトム) and Tetsujin 28-go (鉄人28号).
After graduating from Tokyo Designer College (東京ネットウエイブ) in 1981, Ishiyama entered animation company Tatsunoko Pro (タツノコプロ). After producing some works done by that company, in 1985, he quit the company and became a freelance technical director ever since.
Ishiyama joined the production of the Detective Conan anime in 2001, starting with Episode 261: The Fearful Legend of the Snowy Night (Part 1); in the following year he quit the production team after drawing storyboards for Episode 283: The Mystery of the Water-Flowing Stone Garden (Part 2).
